With our boutique size panel, we are currently limited to 50 patients. This allows for around the clock care every day of the year.

Our practice has a hybrid model, meaning we do both at home visits as well as virtual visits.

There will be an initial new patient visit, after which there will be annual visits. As well, regular virtual follow ups will be available.   

Urgent visits can be done remotely via email or via phone whenever needed. We do also provide emergency home visits at an additional cost.
